As the Path has grown in numbers, we have had to rethink how to interpret the “Pay it Forward” policy – in particular, the monies associated with Initiations.
Ideally, it would be wonderful for us to pay for everything when Initiations take place. However, it would soon become a burden on the Initiating Adept and those supporting them.
We have consulted the Hierarchy and They have said:
“This new Lightwave is surpassing Our expectations – but be warned – you may have to rethink how it will be financed, as you will need money to send people to Countries, not to finance Initiations!”
Based on this transmission we are suggesting that it is fine to get the meditators seeking Initiation to split the cost of the venue and bring food for the 2 days.
We would like to think that the Bragans could still be a gift from existing Path members to the new Initiates. See article “Gift of a Bragan” on the Mentoring page of the First Initiates site.
It is imperative that the Adepts are not seen to profit personally from the initiations. We need to demonstrate the “Pay it Forward” principle more than anyone. Obviously we can accept generosity in the form of say food and accommodation but must NEVER be seen to accept monies for the initiation itself!
We feel that the grey area will always be that of travel. With International travel please ask us for financial assistance. The difficult cases are likely to occur within a Country. I would like to think that the Adepts themselves would step up, but when the costs are high their fellow Initiates would help sponsor them.
If you are in any doubt in interpreting the “principle”, please let us know and we will try to help. It is imperative that we set the standard for the other Path members to follow.
We, the Adepts, are the Bridge between the Hierarchy and the Initiates and should try to reflect Their Generosity at all times. As Above so below.
