Many of you have asked about how you might contact the Hierarchy and we have passed on certain advice.

I realize we have not done this for all of you and for that I apologise.
This is what we have been told:
Choose a Mandala (there are many to be found on Google Images) that resonates with you. Then spend around 10 minutes each day meditating on it. Don’t have any preconceived ideas just observe your thoughts and feelings in a natural and relaxed way.

Make notes of your experiences and particularly any changes (no matter how subtle) that occur.

You may find that you are in conversation with yourself but it is somehow different (hard to put into words). You might find you are giving yourself advice or receiving some form of instruction. Go with it, try it out, build up your confidence that this maybe coming from Them!

Apart from (M) two Adepts already seem to be picking up signals and sense a communication. If 100,000+ Muslims can be aware dreams sent by the Hierarchy I am sure we should be able to make contact as well.
