We are constantly reminded by the Spiritual Hierarchy that we should ask Them for help whenever we need it. There seems to be a Law that prohibits Them helping us unless we first request it.

With this in mind, remember to ask for help when Initiating. Firstly, for yourself to be a clear and neutral channel and secondly for the Meditator to be as open as they can to receive the Energies. This will ensure that the best possible Initiation will take place.

This should be practiced not only for the First Initiation but whenever Energy is given.
