There are a number of Second Initiates who have the green light to sit for Enlightenment.   This would include Maureen in the UK,  Julius in Colombia and Emmanuel in Namibia.  I am proposing that they could be given access to the Enlightenment site before they attain the State.

My reasoning is that it will inspire them and also help show them the greater purpose that lies ahead.  I want to give them all the encouragement that I can.  Unlike Second Initiation there is nothing on the site that can spoil their meditation due to preconceived ideas and concepts.
