As the Path grows, more and more will be asked of us (Adepts). It is important that we define our roles laying out clearly what we are happy to take responsibility for and also things we do not wish to deal with.

It is important that we are sensible and balanced regarding this declaration. We may be coping well at present with our commitment but have to imagine what things will be like when our numbers increase, say, 100 fold.

It is important that we have a strategy to cope with the massive expansion when it comes. This may happen naturally as we get more Adepts or we may need to delegate some of our responsibilities.

Let us all remember the story:
If we give a man a fish he can eat for a day.
However, if we teach him to fish, he can feed his family for a lifetime!

We need to educate willing members of our Spiritual family so that they can sustain the needs of the Path as it reaches out to MILLIONS!
