We have learnt much from the recent Grace Period. One area in particular stands out…the preparation of Meditators for the Higher States of Consciousness.
As our numbers grow, and the recent activity suggests they will exponentially, many of the group will probably be content to be First Initiates. However, our serious members will want to attain Enlightenment and therefore will present themselves for the higher Initiations.
It is imperative that they are prepared well. In our Literature we speak of Meditating 1 hour each day. This is fine for the average Meditator but for those wishing to make real progress we must encourage around 2 hours daily coupled with longer periods of 3 hour Meditates at the weekends; they can do this alone or in groups. This is particularly important in the crucial time leading up to a Grace period.
Although longer times have been indicated it is the quality not quantity that matters. Better to Meditate in smaller time intervals and remain concentrated than long sleepy ones. We have to be realistic in today’s frenetic technological World.
People, after attaining States should be encouraged to Meditate for longer periods in the weeks that follow to consolidate their realizations and their ability to contact the Energies.
Obviously each Meditator is different and they will find what works best for them. Don’t forget: Concentration = Meditation and that this is a Path of Light and Sound, so when people are Meditating it has to be on the Spiritual Energies.
Finally, we are very relaxed about lifestyle requirements. However, those seeking the higher States should demonstrate their intent by addressing their diet regarding the consumption of meat and alcohol etc.
If meditators prepare properly they should “fly” through the States in the Grace Periods as many have already demonstrated.
People should not be put under pressure to attain the Higher States but those that have such aspirations should know exactly what is expected of them. Their attitude should be one of Love and desire to Serve not personal ambition.
As many of you are now aware we are attracting “Special People” to the Path who incarnated at this time to assist during this massive growth period. They are destined to reach Enlightenment in amazingly short time periods. It is important that we are all vigilant and spot these People. They should be sat down for an extended time period directly after being initiated and monitored carefully.
