General Guidance for Mentoring

This is a role that you may wish to volunteer for, that you would find both rewarding and educational. It is a wonderful way of demonstrating the “Pay it Forward” principle.

As an Adept you are obviously eligible to Mentor all Aspirants on breath and mantras, as well as helping to prepare them for Initiation in conjunction with the Initiating Adept. Further you have the experience to assist First and Second Initiates move through their Path and attain the Higher States of Consciousness. Also be aware that new Adepts may require someone to care for them in the first few months, as they settle into their Enlightenment.

You will be given the Mantras and receive training so that you can select appropriately from the list and give advice regarding their use. This will appear on the Enlightenment website.

You will also be given guidance to prepare people for First, Second and the Final Initiation. This also will appear on the Enlightenment website.

Never worry as you will always be able to ask for help from the Initiating Adept. If you are the Initiating Adept the rest of us are here to support you at any time; you only have to ask.

With the new technological age it may be that you mentor someone in a different country. You will therefore be guiding them through a combination of emails, phone calls and even skype. Where possible, however, we will assign people to local mentors so that you can also meet face to face.

If for some reason you don’t feel your relationship, with the person you are guiding is working out, you can always request that they are mentored by someone else.

Remember a whole team of willing helpers sit beside you and behind them the Spiritual Hierarchy.
