We are the Lords of Light. We are coming to speak with you about Initiations and how they need to be conducted from now on. We can’t stress enough how important it is to do, as far as possible, the same amount of time for Light as Sound.

Inevitably there will be people, in fact most meditators, who find one easier than the other. They must persevere with the one they find hard and try to align themselves with both Energies.

The reason being is that they both teach in different ways, one is a passive teacher, the other an energetic teacher; both have their very important place to guide the Initiate to their Goal.

Although the Hierarchy are specifically talking about Initiations here, I feel that all meditations, for First Initiates, should follow the same pattern i.e. equal amounts of Light and Sound. Please note as a result of this transmission I have amended the suggested meditation times during First Initiation accordingly. (N.H.)
