A question has arisen recently regarding how much we should prepare Seekers for Initiation.

The answer has to lie with the individual Initiating Adept. When they Initiate the responsibility lies with them and them alone. They must be totally happy with the person in front of them. If they feel unhappy to proceed, for whatever reason, then they should postpone the Initiation until a later date.

When dealing with small numbers it is easy to establish a structured approach and prepare the Seekers over a period of months. Again each Adept will have their own way of doing this. However, if you are visiting a place for a short time and encounter large numbers then this will be impossible. If you insist on a regime of preparation the opportunity to reveal the Light and Sound will be missed. Additionally, you may never pass that way again!

Under these circumstances we would urge you to simply go ahead with the Initiations. With a large group those who might struggle should be supported by the more experienced Meditators.

Points to consider:

• We are told by the Hierarchy that all Initiations are perfect.
• The responsibility to Meditate always lies with the Seeker.
• The Adept is, however, responsible, in a Spiritual sense, for their Initiates.
• People who stop Meditating can resume at any time – they don’t need to be re-Initiated. They can of course be given Energy to give them a boost.
• The more people that receive the Light and Sound the faster the Path will grow leading to even greater numbers becoming Initiated
• We seem to be attracting many people, at this auspicious time, who are natural Meditators.
• Large numbers of Initiates are flying through the Path without the need for long periods of Meditation.
• The Spiritual Hierarchy are working on people’s lower vehicles to develop a synchronicity with the Higher Energies.
• We are encountering more and more people, worldwide, who are already aware of the Light and Sound.
• What is appropriate in one Country/group is not necessarily appropriate in another.
• A person only requires one Touch – through their ability to Meditate and the Grace of the Hierarchy they can then walk the entire Path and reach Enlightenment.
• We have a target of 75,000.

Finally, we are living in extreme times; we therefore may need to take extreme action. We should remain flexible in our outlook and dare to make a difference. Each of us should serve in whichever way we feel inspired.
