As with all manifestations of Energy it seems to appear in waves and cycles (see article in Q&A). Spirituality is no exception. When we study history, we find the Spiritual groups of the past, which often end up as religions, existed for only a short period of time. By this we mean that the time in which true Spiritual Energies were available was only a matter of a few decades. Many of the groups, traditionally formed around a Teacher and the followers received their Initiations through him or her; this was done by physical touch and therefore had to take place within the lifetime of the Teacher.

Each Teacher would work with a new Wave of Energy (Lightwave); the Power would manifest quickly at the start and then gradually diminish with time. Some people would argue that Spiritual Masters can pass on the ability to Initiate to younger members of their group, to ensure the Path continues long after their physical death. We however, would suggest that although a Master can work through many Adepts when they are alive, they cannot manifest a new Lightwave. Therefore any Initiations that take place in the future will be due to the original Wave of Energy.

Even though we are working directly with the Spiritual Hierarchy and have no Master, we also are bound by these same mechanisms. We are Initiating using the Energies of a new Lightwave that manifested sometime at the beginning of 2015. How long this Wave will last is currently not known. All we can do is ensure we waste no time in offering the Initiations to the people on this planet, who in turn should waste no time in getting on with their Paths.
