This is a role that you may wish to volunteer for, that you would find both rewarding and educational. It is a wonderful way of demonstrating the “Pay it Forward” principle.
As an Adept you are obviously eligible to Mentor all Aspirants on breath and mantras, as well as helping to prepare them for Initiation in conjunction with the Initiating Adept. Further you have the experience to assist First and Second Initiates move through their Path and attain the Higher States of Consciousness. Also be aware that new Adepts may require someone to care for them in the first few months, as they settle into their Enlightenment.
You will be given the Mantras and receive training so that you can select appropriately from the list and give advice regarding their use. This will appear on the Enlightenment website.
You will also be given guidance to prepare people for First, Second and the Final Initiation. This also will appear on the Enlightenment website.
Never worry as you will always be able to ask for help from the Initiating Adept. If you are the Initiating Adept the rest of us are here to support you at any time; you only have to ask.
With the new technological age it may be that you mentor someone in a different country. You will therefore be guiding them through a combination of emails, phone calls and even Skype. Where possible, however, we will assign people to local mentors so that you can also meet face to face.
If for some reason you don’t feel your relationship, with the person you are guiding is working out, you can always request that they are mentored by someone else.
Remember a whole team of willing helpers sit beside you and behind them the Spiritual Hierarchy.

Helping Meditators Achieve States
This is the beginning of an unprecedented achievement of States of Consciousness. The like of which, in recent times, has not been seen.
Be vigilant, there will be people not relaxed enough and they will need help. We are finding that although it is entirely possible to achieve these States with the Blanket Energy, for people meditating on their own, it is far preferable to have someone there with them. Another Human Being to talk things through and help; them to relax.
When the next Grace Period arrives we must look to this matter; there will be more Initiates to do this extremely important job and it needs to be organized.
Defining Adept’s Roles
As the Path grows, more and more will be asked of us (Adepts). It is important that we define our roles laying out clearly what we are happy to take responsibility for and also things we do not wish to deal with.
It is important that we are sensible and balanced regarding this declaration. We may be coping well at present with our commitment but have to imagine what things will be like when our numbers increase, say, 100 fold.
It is important that we have a strategy to cope with the massive expansion when it comes. This may happen naturally as we get more Adepts or we may need to delegate some of our responsibilities.
Let us all remember the story:
If we give a man a fish he can eat for a day.
However, if we teach him to fish, he can feed his family for a lifetime!
